1. How to connect to my speakers, audio amplifiers or audio receivers?

  • For connecting to your system, you can refer to this video.


2. How to do the Multiroom Control?

  • • Play different music at the same time: Click the device and choose the song or playlist you want to play with. Same for other devices.

    • Play In Sync: Click the + on the right top of the device which you want to be the master. Then choose the devices you want to group with and click done.


3. How to Reset?

  • Click the power button 3 times, then the LED indicator will turn to fast flashing (White). This means the device is under rebooting. After the LED indicator turns into slow flashing (White), you can repair your WiFi. For older models, please push the power button until the LED indicator turns to fast flashing. The rest of the steps are the same.


4. How to restore to factory settings?

  • Open 4STREAM App, then click the device (the one for configuration) settings.

    Device Settings > Speaker Info > Restore To Factory Settings.


5. I cannot connect my device to WiFi.

6. No sound output or volume is too low.

7. What online music service do you support?

  • We support Spotify, Amazon Music, Tidal, Deezer, SoundCloud, Qobuz, TuneIn, Internet Radio, iHeartRadio, Napster, etc. 


8. How many zones can I group at once?

  • There is no limitation actually, but we advise 10 units at once in a standard situation. As long as your WiFi router can cover, no matter how many units you connect at once. Or we suggest you can wire by LAN to your WiFi router for stability.


9. Do you support gapless?

  • Yes, the newest firmware version already supports gapless.


10. How to stream music from PC?

  • We have a web controller that you can enter your device IP to enter in. Or you can use some software which supports the protocols like Airplay, UPNP, DLNA. You can refer to this video.


11. Is there a delay when streaming under multiroom?

  • When playing music, the delay is very micro and hard to be heard by humans. When streaming from TV, there will be a 1-second delay between the TV and speaker.


12. What is the audio output of your system?

  • Our system supports decoding up to 192kHz/24bits, and the audio output is 44.1kHz/16bits CD quality. Only Up2stream HD DAC supports 192kHz/24bits Hi-Res Audio output.
