WARRANTY

IEAST (International) Limited provides a one-year warranty service for the IEAST ePlay 2 Pro Network Audio Streamer from the date of purchase. If the product does not meet the specifications listed in this manual, the original buyer has the right to enjoy our warranty service. Once a valid warranty claim is confirmed, we will provide free repair or replacement services. This warranty clause is designed specifically for the original purchaser and is non transferable.
 
If you need to apply for warranty service, please contact your local IEAST dealer first. If you are unable to contact us, please send an email to our customer service email: support@rondoson.com . Before contacting us, please properly package the faulty product and prepay all transportation and insurance costs, and send it to the address designated by IEAST (International) Limited. Be sure to prominently mark the RA number outside the shipping box, and attach your name, address, phone number, copy of the original sales invoice, and a detailed description of the malfunction inside the box.
 
Please note that IEAST is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transportation. If the product is damaged due to abuse, unauthorized modification, or unauthorized repair, this warranty will no longer apply.
 
This warranty clause will replace all previous verbal or written, explicit or statutory warranty agreements. IEAST does not provide any other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, suitability for specific purposes, or non infringement of the product. According to this warranty clause, the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be the repair or replacement of the product, as expressly provided in this clause. Under no circumstances shall IEAST be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from product defects, including but not limited to loss of profits, property damage, and compensation for personal injury within the scope permitted by law.
 
Please note that certain regions and specific countries may not allow the exclusion or limitation of the duration of implied warranties, so the above restrictions may not apply to all users. This warranty clause grants you specific legal rights, but you may have additional rights due to regional and country differences.

Chapter 1 – Introduction

What is ePlay 2 Pro?

The ePlay 2 Pro is a network streaming media player with an embedded ESS9018 HiFi DAC. It can upgrade traditional audio equipment, transforming traditional stereo amplifiers and active speakers into wireless streaming enabled amplifiers or active speakers, and providing features such as subwoofer output, 12V trigger interface, and RS232 interface. With features such as “do not disturb mode” and EQ settings, it can meet the needs of various high-end background music systems and other applications. Whether in home entertainment or commercial settings, the ePlay 2 Pro can bring you excellent sound quality and unlimited listening experience.

Rich interfaces and extensions

ePlay 2 Pro has rich input and output interfaces, 1 analog stereo output, 1 optical digital out,1 subwoofer output, and 1 12V trigger output. It also supports multiple input interfaces, including 2 analog inputs and 1 digital optical input. In addition, this product includes intelligent control interfaces, including RS232, infrared remote control input and Ethernet. Furthermore, it also has a low-ripple high-power audio power supply built-in and provides powerful streaming capabilities through expansion interfaces.

Restore factory settings

Method 1: Use the front panel buttons

Step 1: Short press the “Mode&STANDBY” button to switch to “LINE IN” mode
Step 2: Long press the “PLAY/PAUSE&SETING” button for 3 seconds to enter the factory reset mode

Step 1: Short press the “” button on the remote control to switch to “Line In” mode
Step 2: Long press the “” button on the remote control for 3 seconds to enter factory reset mode

 

Method 3: Using the IEAST control app

Step 1: Enter “Device” and click “” to enter the device
Step 2: Select “Device Info““
Step 3: Select “Restore Factory Settings““
Step 4: Pop up a prompt box, select “Confirm“, and enter the factory reset mode
