WARRANTY

IEAST (International) Limited provides a one-year warranty service for the IEAST i series Premium Architectural Loudspeaker Manual from the date of purchase. If the product does not meet the specifications listed in this manual, the original buyer has the right to enjoy our warranty service. Once a valid warranty claim is confirmed, we will provide free repair or replacement services. This warranty clause is designed specifically for the original purchaser and is non transferable.
 
If you need to apply for warranty service, please contact your local IEAST dealer first. If you are unable to contact us, please send an email to our customer service email: support@rondoson.com . Before contacting us, please properly package the faulty product and prepay all transportation and insurance costs, and send it to the address designated by IEAST (International) Limited. Be sure to prominently mark the RA number outside the shipping box, and attach your name, address, phone number, copy of the original sales invoice, and a detailed description of the malfunction inside the box.
 
Please note that IEAST is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transportation. If the product is damaged due to abuse, unauthorized modification, or unauthorized repair, this warranty will no longer apply.
 
This warranty clause will replace all previous verbal or written, explicit or statutory warranty agreements. IEAST does not provide any other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, suitability for specific purposes, or non infringement of the product. According to this warranty clause, the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be the repair or replacement of the product, as expressly provided in this clause. Under no circumstances shall IEAST be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from product defects, including but not limited to loss of profits, property damage, and compensation for personal injury within the scope permitted by law.
 
Please note that certain regions and specific countries may not allow the exclusion or limitation of the duration of implied warranties, so the above restrictions may not apply to all users. This warranty clause grants you specific legal rights, but you may have additional rights due to regional and country differences.

DOCUMENTATION CONVENTIONS

This document contains general safety,installation and operation instructions for the IEAST i Series Premium Architectural Loudspeaker.It is important to read this document before attempting to use this product.

 
Pay particular attention to:
In order to avoid possible personal injury or property damage caused by electric shock, high temperature, fire, mechanical danger and improper use, please read and observe the following items carefully before using this product:
    • When using the product, please confirm whether the power of the connected device matches the power of the product, and adjust the volume reasonably. Do not use the product for a long time at a power that exceeds the power and volume of the product, so as to avoid product abnormalities or hearing damage.
    • If any abnormality is found during use (smoke, odor, abnormal sound), please turn off the power immediately and unplug the power plug, and then contact the service provider or send it to the dealer for overhaul.
    • This product and its accessories should be placed in a dry place indoors, and should not be placed in a humid or dusty environment for a long time. During use, avoid close to fire, rain, water, excessive collision, and vibration to avoid damage to its function.
    • When the speaker needs to be fixed on the wall or ceiling, please ensure that it is fixed in place to prevent the product from falling due to insufficient fixing strength;
    • 5. The use of this product requires compliance with relevant safety regulations, and the use of this product is clearly prohibited by laws and regulations, in order to avoid accidents.

Connecting the Speakers

1. Designate the general area where the rock speakers would be most ideal. The speakers should face the general listening area and spaced about15 – 20 feet apart for good stereo sound. (See Diagram1) Furthermore, the realistic rock shape and finish would blend particularly well in your landscape if it is placed near a rock wall, water fountain, open plantation or swimming pool. Avoid placing the speakers in low spots that would make the speakers vulnerable to water accumulation.

 

2. Dig a  trench to run the speaker wires in(see Diagram 2).
 
3. Run the wire through the trench from your amplifier to the speaker locations. Do not connect the wires to the amplifier at this time.
 
4. Connect the speaker wires you ran from your amplifier to the wires that came attached to the speakers (see Diagram 3).Recommends using waterproof wire nuts (not included) to secure the wires.

IMPORTANT: BE SURE NOT TO LET ANY STRAY ‘+’ AND ‘–’STRANDS TOUCH EACH OTHER. TOUCHING STRANDS CAN CAUSE A SHORT-CIRCUIT THAT COULD DAMAGE YOUR AMPLIFIER.
 
5. After you have made the above connections, connect the wires to your amplifier. 
 
NOTE: CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE CONNECTED SPEAKER “+”TO AMPLIFIER“+”AND SPEAKER “–”TO AMPLIFIER “–”.
 
6. Turn your amplifier on and test the system with your favorite music. If the speakers are operating properly, refill the wire trench and enjoy your new speakers.
