Product arrived in good condition.This preamplifier looks great but a few things on this device won't work like optical, the app won't recognise the device despite Bluetooth being switched on (reset both devices on several occasions.)The only connection that works is the HDMI Arc.I just don't have the time to send the device back so for now I'm going to keep hold of it as I can play my media through HDMI Arc at least.Sound quality is quite impressive plus it does look quite smart and has a premium feel to it. Just a real shame the other connections won't work.Easy to install, just plug and play.Small and compact to fit in tiny space if needed.Overall the device is great for the price despite some faults but I'm happy with it for now.My opinions about the product that I received are not in reflection to the seller in any way as the product was delivered on time and in great condition. It was my decision to keep the product.
I bought this item to link my TEAC turntable to my LG TV soundbar/subwoofer via bluetooth. I want minimum speakers in my room and so am prepared to sacrifice a small amount of quality for convenience. I already had a rudimentary BT link-up system in place but this unit replaced that and gave enhancements like preset equaliser settings as well as separate bass/treble/mid range adjustments which means that I can set my soundbar more efficiently. I like plenty of bass on my vinyl but not necessarily on my TV late at night to disturb the neighbours. Now I have the best of both worlds. I do not need to alter the soundbar presets at all and do it all via this pre-amp for my vinyl. One word of advice. I plugged my turntable phono outputs into the turntable phono inputs on this pre-amp. I discovered that it would not play cleanly while the turntable selector was used. I was on the cusp of returning it as faulty when I thought to try the line in selector instead using the remote. THEN it played cleanly. Another gripe is the range of the App is only about 3 feet !! that's all. If you want to use the App, make sure your phone ( I use an Iphone 14) and the unit are no further apart than that. Fortunately the supplied remote control does have a better range (albeit it's not supplied with any batteries, which seems a bit penny pinching to me) Those little niggles meant I could only give 4 stars. It is however a decent unit.

After returning the product to the address provided by our customer service team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund.
30 Days No Reason Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new condition, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and return duties.
Please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 30 days of the order being received.
Notes:
30 days is the time between when the order is marked as delivered and when the returned package is marked as shipped.
Return requests made between 7 and 30 days after the order is marked as delivered will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Be sure it's in good condition with all the accessories included, no damage, no lost, or we might charge extra 50% damage fee, and the cost of accessories will be deducted if lost.
Items such as Eartips / Leather case / Cable / Custom Products are not covered by this guarantee due to hygiene considerations.

PO boxes or APO/FPO
