The eAMP 2 is a network streaming stereo amplifier with an output power of up to 65W/8Ω. It supports both analog and optical digital inputs, and is equipped with a sub bass output and 12V trigger interface. It also supports a do not disturb mode, EQ setting function, suitable for various application scenarios. This unit uses a 19-inch rack mount design with a thickness of just 1U. It boasts a high power amplification capability, is fitted with a high-performance DAC, supports TOSLINK plug input, and IEAST MRM technology. It supports various intelligent control protocols and wireless network connections. It has an advanced "modal" tuning technology, supports various online streaming media streaming, and can play both network and local lossless music.

This passage contains a variety of interfaces, including 2x65 watt speaker outputs, 1 analog stereo output and 1 subwoofer output. It also supports multiple input interfaces, including 2 analog inputs and 1 digital optical input. Shipping Fees
Worldwide Free Shipping on RONDOSON, Please allow 1-3 business days for conduct Quality Control in order to ensure the products quality.
If a customer would like the order reshipped, they’ll be charged a reshipment fee. Customers may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20 percent of the product cost.
7 Days DOA Product Guarantee
If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different, or not working, you will be protected by this Guarantee. Please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 7 days of the order being received. (Customized products are NOT covered by this guarantee)
After returning the product to the address provided by our customer service team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund.
30 Days No Reason Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new condition, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and return duties.
Please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 30 days of the order being received.
Notes:
30 days is the time between when the order is marked as delivered and when the returned package is marked as shipped.
Return requests made between 7 and 30 days after the order is marked as delivered will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Be sure it's in good condition with all the accessories included, no damage, no lost, or we might charge extra 50% damage fee, and the cost of accessories will be deducted if lost.
Items such as Eartips / Leather case / Cable / Custom Products are not covered by this guarantee due to hygiene considerations.

Note: Due to its nature and intended use, Eartips, Cable, Leather case, Headphone accessories and other similar items are not included in this warranty period. For other product details please contact us or reference other warranties.

Given the amount of shipping partners we work with and the vast coverage area we serve, there are likely regions with much longer transit times than others. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best shipping experience possible at a reasonable cost. This is why we constantly negotiate with existing shipping partners for lower rates and actively test new couriers for potential opportunities.
PO boxes or APO/FPO
The ability to ship to PO boxes or an APO/FPO address depends on the item's weight. If an item weighs more than 9 pounds, we won’t be able to ship to these addresses because of our current courier agreements.

For customers in Hawaii and Puerto Rico:

International customers can expect longer shipping times, depending on the country in which they live:
Canada: 1 to 3 weeks from the date of shipping
Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, and the UK: 2 to 4 weeks from the date of shipping
Other countries not listed above: 3 to 6 weeks from the date of shipping
Please keep in mind that these are rough estimates and shipments can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, like postal strikes or severe weather.
If, for some reason, you don’t receive your order within the estimated time frame provided above and suspect that it might be lost in transit, please submit a support ticket from your transactions page and we can look into the order with the courier. Lost-in-transit requests must be submitted to RONDOSON Support within 4 months of the date of shipping or before the courier archives the tracking information.
