What kind of product is eAMP 2 Pro?
eAMP 2 Pro is a comprehensive network streaming stereo power amplifier with a powerful 150W output power per channel, which can directly drive passive speakers, bringing users an excellent sound quality experience. In addition, the device comes with a wealth of interfaces and expansion features, including two analog and optical digital inputs, making it easy to transfer audio from other sources to other speakers. At the same time, eAMP 2 Pro is also equipped with subwoofer output, 12V trigger interface and RS232 interface to meet users’ higher requirements for sound effects.
In addition to basic audio functions, eAMP 2 Pro also supports do-not-disturb mode and EQ setting functions, providing users with an excellent listening experience. In addition, eAMP 2 Pro adopts a 19-inch standard cabinet installation design, has an ultra-thin 1U thickness, and comes with a rack mounting kit for user-friendly installation and use. It also supports wireless network and wired Ethernet connections (2.4G&5.8G WIFI+10/100M), as well as Bluetooth 5.2 (AAC) connections, providing users with more connection options. At the same time, the built-in IEAST Stream2.0 technology supports online streaming media streaming, such as Airplay2, Spotify connect, TIDAL connect and Qplay, etc., bringing users a more convenient music playback experience.

Shipping Fees
Worldwide Free Shipping on RONDOSON, Please allow 1-3 business days for conduct Quality Control in order to ensure the products quality.
If a customer would like the order reshipped, they’ll be charged a reshipment fee. Customers may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20 percent of the product cost.
7 Days DOA Product Guarantee
If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different, or not working, you will be protected by this Guarantee. Please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 7 days of the order being received. (Customized products are NOT covered by this guarantee)
After returning the product to the address provided by our customer service team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund.
30 Days No Reason Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new condition, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and return duties.
Please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 30 days of the order being received.
Notes:
30 days is the time between when the order is marked as delivered and when the returned package is marked as shipped.
Return requests made between 7 and 30 days after the order is marked as delivered will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Be sure it's in good condition with all the accessories included, no damage, no lost, or we might charge extra 50% damage fee, and the cost of accessories will be deducted if lost.
Items such as Eartips / Leather case / Cable / Custom Products are not covered by this guarantee due to hygiene considerations.

Note: Due to its nature and intended use, Eartips, Cable, Leather case, Headphone accessories and other similar items are not included in this warranty period. For other product details please contact us or reference other warranties.

Our goal is to provide our customers with the best shipping experience possible at a reasonable cost. This is why we constantly negotiate with existing shipping partners for lower rates and actively test new couriers for potential opportunities.
PO boxes or APO/FPO
The ability to ship to PO boxes or an APO/FPO address depends on the item's weight. If an item weighs more than 9 pounds, we won’t be able to ship to these addresses because of our current courier agreements.
