    Compact DAC.

    Sounds really good. Works perfectly for both 3.5 and 4.4mm cables. No complaints.

    Best DAC for the Price - Look No Further

    I am thoroughly impressed by this DAC, after being disappointed by the HiBY FC4 DAC. For the price, there is not a better DAC that I can find. Of importance, this unit does not have an internal battery and uses a lot of power from the audio source device. Unfortunately, my Hidizs AP-80 Pro-X has a tiny battery (800mAH), so this unit does affect my play time. However, this is NOT the fault of the DS2. The DS2 provides great power and sound, as it is designed to do. My performance issues are based on the battery of my DAP. If you search online, you will see that benchmark testing places this DAC above several dozen more expensive units, based on scientific testing. I now trust this brand wholeheartedly.

    Excellent DAC, Regardless of Price

    Amazing how far DACs have come in the past few years, 4mm balanced and 3.5mm SEO connection options, incredible detail, and more than enough power for desktop and mobile use. Built like a tank. Recommended.

    If you have decent headphones this works great. Mid tier and above headphones sound great for on the go power and clarity for the price. Very happy with this purchase

    Hopeful, but Cynic
    You can't receive calls with it.

    One would think that a DAC for phones would allow you to take calls, but in the case of this DAC, one would be wrong. I'm returning it. The DS2 cannot be used as a normal phone jack would be, despite it being labeled as a portable DAC for phones. It cannot take microphone input, it is only for rendering music. It says so in the user manual, but nowhere on the web page.

    If a customer would like the order reshipped, they’ll be charged a reshipment fee. Customers may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20 percent of the product cost.

    7 Days DOA Product Guarantee

    If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different, or not working, you will be protected by this Guarantee. Please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 7 days of the order being received. (Customized products are NOT covered by this guarantee)

    After returning the product to the address provided by our customer service team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund.

    30 Days No Reason Return

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new condition, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and return duties.

    Please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 30 days of the order being received.

    Notes：

    30 days is the time between when the order is marked as delivered and when the returned package is marked as shipped.

    Return requests made between 7 and 30 days after the order is marked as delivered will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

    Be sure it's in good condition with all the accessories included, no damage, no lost, or we might charge extra 50% damage fee, and the cost of accessories will be deducted if lost.

    Which Couriers To Use?

    Given the amount of shipping partners we work with and the vast coverage area we serve, there are likely regions with much longer transit times than others. If you have any feedback, suggestions, or problems with the courier of your shipment, please feel free to submit a support ticket via the "Contact Us" button below.

    Our goal is to provide our customers with the best shipping experience possible at a reasonable cost. This is why we constantly negotiate with existing shipping partners for lower rates and actively test new couriers for potential opportunities.

    PO boxes or APO/FPO

    The ability to ship to PO boxes or an APO/FPO address depends on the item's weight. If an item weighs more than 9 pounds, we won’t be able to ship to these addresses because of our current courier agreements.

    Estimated Delivery Time

    For customers in the continental United States:

    5 to 14 business days from the date of shipping

     

    For customers in Hawaii and Puerto Rico:

    2 to 4 weeks from the date of shipping

    International customers can expect longer shipping times, depending on the country in which they live:

     

    Canada: 1 to 3 weeks from the date of shipping

    Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, and the UK: 2 to 4 weeks from the date of shipping

    Other countries not listed above: 3 to 6 weeks from the date of shipping

     

    Please keep in mind that these are rough estimates and shipments can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, like postal strikes or severe weather.

     

    If, for some reason, you don’t receive your order within the estimated time frame provided above and suspect that it might be lost in transit, please submit a support ticket from your transactions page and we can look into the order with the courier. Lost-in-transit requests must be submitted to RONDOSON Support within 4 months of the date of shipping or before the courier archives the tracking information.
