    Does it's job, and more!

    Absolutely Satisfactory. Not only does it power the headphones at 300 Ohms and above that I purchased it for, the Treble and Bass knobs are exceptional. They don't just raise or lower entire spectrums flat, but in the Treble knob serves to increase clarity without making things sharp while the Bass knob increases Bass without making it destroy the mix! Even when used in a car, all things above apply, turning mediocre car stereos into something truly special. Don't even think about purchasing this product, just do it! You will absolutely be pleasantly surprised!

    Not loud as q4

    I bought the k5 pro because i wanted to upgrade from the q4 but i thought it would be louder and in terms of sound quality the k5 pro is not much different, you have to turn the bass and treble knob almost all the way to get good sound.I tried them with my dt 900 pro x and my audio technica m50.

    Dying unit within three months

    This amp was okay for a few months. Then it sporadically would cut off power to my headsets microphone requiring a restart of the amp. This issue began to happen more and more often to where now it wont power any microphone for more than a few minutes before requiring a restart. Im not sure where the issue lies, but it's frustrating

    Amazing dac/amp

    I use sennheiser hd58x jubilee headphones and was originally plugging it directly into my computer's audio ports, but it was not delivering enough power. I needed a decent amp/dac solution so I searched and stumbled on multiple suggestions for this.It was very simple to set up it's literally plug and play. I used the usb-c cable provided and plugged it directly into the amp to my computer then just plugged my headphones into the amp. There's three knobs you can play with to adjust the overall volume, trebble, and bass. This device is perfect.

    Great headphone amp for the money.

    This is great. Drives my Sennheiser HD599s well, and setup was simple. Plugged into my PC's USB-C port and worked right away.I like that I can connect it to my work laptop and my personal and switch between the two easily and it's super flexible for my workflow.Plus, it looks great on my desk, and despite nested among other electronics on my desk it never gets hot.

    Worldwide Free Shipping on RONDOSON, Please allow 1-3 business days for conduct Quality Control in order to ensure the products quality.

    If a customer would like the order reshipped, they’ll be charged a reshipment fee. Customers may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20 percent of the product cost.

    7 Days DOA Product Guarantee

    If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different, or not working, you will be protected by this Guarantee. Please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 7 days of the order being received. (Customized products are NOT covered by this guarantee)

    After returning the product to the address provided by our customer service team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund.

    30 Days No Reason Return

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new condition, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and return duties.

    Please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 30 days of the order being received.

    Notes：

    30 days is the time between when the order is marked as delivered and when the returned package is marked as shipped.

    Return requests made between 7 and 30 days after the order is marked as delivered will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

    PO boxes or APO/FPO

    The ability to ship to PO boxes or an APO/FPO address depends on the item's weight. If an item weighs more than 9 pounds, we won’t be able to ship to these addresses because of our current courier agreements.

    For customers in the continental United States:

    For customers in Hawaii and Puerto Rico:

    2 to 4 weeks from the date of shipping

    International customers can expect longer shipping times, depending on the country in which they live:

     

    Canada: 1 to 3 weeks from the date of shipping

    Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, and the UK: 2 to 4 weeks from the date of shipping

    Other countries not listed above: 3 to 6 weeks from the date of shipping

    If, for some reason, you don’t receive your order within the estimated time frame provided above and suspect that it might be lost in transit, please submit a support ticket from your transactions page and we can look into the order with the courier.
